Privacy Policy
The game itself collects nothing about you. Analytics and a few third-party requests are the whole story, and this page describes them plainly.

The short version
What the game does not collect
There are no accounts, no sign-up, no login and no forms anywhere on this site. We never ask for your name, email address, age or location, and there is no server-side code that could receive them if you typed them.
Your scores, the position of the dial and the clues you say out loud are never transmitted anywhere. A round happens entirely inside your browser tab.
On your device
Two settings stored locally
The site uses your browser’s local storage to remember whether you muted the sound and which topics you selected. These stay on your device, are never sent to us, and are cleared when you clear your browser data.
Analytics
Google Analytics, and the cookies it sets
This site loads Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and languages get used. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google your IP address, the page you are on, your approximate location, and basic device and browser details.
These statistics are only ever read in aggregate. They are not linked to a name, and there is no attempt to identify individual visitors. If you would rather not be counted, a tracker blocker, your browser’s "do not track" setting, or Google’s own opt-out add-on will all stop it.
Third parties
Who else sees a request
Cloudflare hosts this site and therefore handles every request, including your IP address, as part of delivering the page and protecting it from abuse. Google receives the analytics described above. The share button icons are loaded from cdn.simpleicons.org, which means that provider also sees your IP address on each page load.
The share buttons themselves only contact Facebook, X, Reddit or WhatsApp when you actually click one. Fonts are served from this domain, not from a font network.
If you write to us
Mail sent to our contact address is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a personal mailbox, where it is kept only as long as it is useful to answer you. It is not added to any mailing list, not published and not shared.
Your rights
Access, deletion and objection
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. In practice the only personal data we could hold is an email you sent us, plus the analytics Google holds under its own terms.
To exercise any of these, write to the contact address. Because we hold so little, most requests are answered by confirming there is nothing to delete.
Children
Family play
The game is suitable for family play and includes a kids topic set, but it is not directed at children specifically and knowingly collects nothing from anyone, of any age. Some topic sets are aimed at adults; the topic picker lets you turn those off.
Changes
Updates to this policy
If the site starts doing something new with data, this page changes first and the date at the top is updated. There is no mailing list to notify, so the date is the honest record.
This policy is translated for convenience. If a translation and the English version disagree, the English version applies.
